Green-claim preflight

Every claim on your pack is a statement you may be asked to prove.

We preflight it against the public rules — FTC, EU, CMA — and hand you a written, defensible record before artwork lock, retailer submission, counsel review.

Why trust this review

A structured method — not one person's opinion
Every finding is made against Evisentra's public rubric, rule base, and evidence checklist — and the reviewer is named in your report.
Founder-led review; specialist opinion on request
Every paid assessment is founder-led: Abhishek Singh, PhD — a materials and packaging scientist — applies Evisentra's published rubric to your evidence and is named in your report as the reviewer. An independent specialist opinion can be arranged — identity, scope, fee, and date confirmed in writing before any payment for it, never tied to the finding.
Public, versioned method
The rubric (v1.0) and rule map are published and re-checkable. Method challenges are welcome — substantive corrections are logged.
Content-fingerprinted reports
The same claim, evidence, and method version always produce the same content fingerprint — a change-detection check, not certification, assurance, or authentication.
See the exact deliverable
The full sample report is public, generated live by the same engine on every visit — and it deliberately shows an unfavorable finding. That is what neutrality looks like.
Your evidence stays private
Never used to train AI models, never shared with other clients.
Paid for scrutiny, not the verdict
The result never depends on who paid.
Written fixed quote before payment
Every paid review is scoped and quoted in writing — you approve one all-in fixed price before any payment. No pricing games.

Decision support, not legal advice or certification.

Before / after: what readiness looks like

Before: “100% recyclable.”
After: “Bottle recyclable — check your local program” — used only once facility-access evidence for each selling market is on file and the whole package qualifies.
Before: “Carbon neutral.”
After: “Cradle-to-gate footprint cut 28% since 2020 (ISO 14067); residual addressed with certified removals.”
Before: “PFAS-free.”
After: “No intentionally added PFAS; total organic fluorine below the applicable threshold by [named method], all components tested.”

Illustrative examples from the public method — not client work.

When teams call Evisentra

Built for packaging, sustainability, and marketing teams at consumer-product brands — and the agencies and counsel who support them.

Before packaging goes to print
Wording on packaging is the hardest to change later.
Before a retailer or buyer submission
Arrive with the evidence file their reviewers will ask for.
Before an ESG or campaign launch
Test the claim the way a skeptical reviewer will.
When legal asks for substantiation
Hand over an organized evidence file, not a folder of PDFs.

Don't have the evidence yet? Start anyway — the first review lists exactly what to collect and includes a ready-to-send supplier request.

What you receive

Start with a Claim Readiness Assessment. Every paid assessment is founder-led: Abhishek Singh, PhD — a materials and packaging scientist — applies Evisentra's published rubric to your evidence and is named in your report as the reviewer. On request, Evisentra arranges a named, conflict-checked independent specialist opinion — identity, scope, fee, and delivery date confirmed in writing before any payment. You may also bring your own expert; Evisentra coordinates.

Paid Claim Readiness Assessments are scoped to your claim — one all-in written quote; your exact calendar delivery date is confirmed in the written scope, and no payment is requested until you approve the scope. How pricing works →

EU green-claim rules tighten 27 September 2026.

Directive (EU) 2024/825 prohibits generic environmental claims — “eco-friendly”, “green”, “climate neutral” — where the excellence being claimed is not demonstrated under a recognized scheme. An unqualified claim that is defensible in the US today can be prohibited in the EU on that date, so packaging artwork being locked now is the artwork that has to survive it.
